Ms. Kerstin Kramer

Kerstin Kramer is one of those people and with an enthusiastic and genuinely friendly attitude, she radiates a sincere passion for languages and for delivering value and benefits to her customers.
With more than 16 years of translation and management experience, Kerstin Kramer, the Owner & Vice President of Premier Focus Inc., has developed a sharp eye for providing professional translation and proofreading services. She founded the translation agency Premier Focus after having successfully completed a legal apprenticeship in Germany and after working as a freelance translator in Canada. As her agency grew in size, services, revenue and maturity, Kramer recruited the talent needed to sustain the company’s traditionally high quality services for successful delivery in the global marketplace. She continues to help her clients reach new markets and is unquestionably a people-person, who forms strong bonds and relationships in every area of commitment.
Kramer values every client and goes to extra lengths to uphold her company’s solid reputation. She continues to maintain high standards and takes pride in her translators and the quality of their work. Her clients range from the government of Canada, telecommunication giants like RIM and research facilities like the Perimeter Institute to recent immigrants. Premier Focus has been a member of the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce since 1999 and Kramer holds a Linguist Certification from Transperfect. She is active in several local networking groups and acts as a board member for a local non-profit organization.
